Abstract

Hernia merupakan bagian usus yang keluar dari rongga perut,
membentuk tonjolan yang terlihat dan teraba dari luar ,Orang yang menderita
hernia ditemukan 25 kali lebih sering pada pria dibandingkan dengan
wanita.hipotermia atau penurunan suhu merupakan salah satu masalah yang
kerap terjadi pada pasien yang telah dilakukan pembedahan/operasi Hipotermia
perioperatif didefinisikan sebagai penurunan suhu inti Prevalensi hipotermia
perioperatif yang dilaporkan berkisar dari 50% hingga 90% dari semua pasien
bedah dan hal itu terjadi ketika kemampuan tubuh untuk mempertahankan suhu
normal berkurang, Penanganan non farmakologis untuk menjaga agar tubuh tidak
mengalami hipotermia dilakukan dengan metode penghangatan diantaranya
dengan cara pemakaian blanket warmer
Tujuan :Untuk mengetahui Penerapan terapi blanket warmer terhadap hipotermia
pada pasien post op Herniotomy di Recovery room RSUP dr tajuddin chalid
Metode : Studi kasus yang menjelajahi suatu masalah atau temuan yang
terperinci. Studi ini dilakukan pada klien yaitu Tn.A dengan masalah Keperawatan
yaitu hipotermia
Hasil Asuhan Keperawatan : Setelah diberikan asuhan keperawatan dengan
intervensi manajemen hipotermia yaitu pemberian terapi blanket warmer selama
30 pada klien dengan assessment teratasi dikarenakan adanya peningkatan suhu
tubuh dari 35.0℃ menjadi 36.1℃
Kesimpulan : Didapatkan terapi blanket warmer efektif untuk meningkatkan suhu
tubuh pasien yang mengalami hipotermia

A hernia is a part of the intestine that comes out of the abdominal
cavity, forming a bulge that is visible and palpable from the outside. People
suffering from hernias are found 25 times more often in men than women.
Hypothermia or a decrease in temperature is one of the problems that often occurs
in patients who have undergone surgery. Perioperative hypothermia is defined as
a decrease in core temperature. The reported prevalence of perioperative
hypothermia ranges from 50% to 90% of all surgical patients and this occurs when
the body's ability to maintain normal temperature is reduced. Non-pharmacological
treatment to prevent the body from experiencing Hypothermia is carried out using
warming methods, including using a blanket warmer
Objective: To determine the application of blanket warmer therapy for
hypothermia in post-op herniotomy patients in the recovery room at Dr Tajuddin
Chalid Hospital.
Method: Case study that explores a detailed problem or finding. This study was
conducted on a client, namely Mr. A, with a nursing problem, namely hypothermia
Nursing Care Results: After being given nursing care with hypothermia
management intervention, namely giving blanket warmer therapy for 30 minutes to
the client with the assessment resolved due to an increase in body temperature
from 35.0℃ to 36.1℃
Conclusion: It was found that blanket warmer therapy was effective in increasing
the body temperature of patients experiencing hypothermia
