Abstract

ALWIAH BSA. Study of the Implementation of the standard of
Pharmaceutical services in the prescription service at the hospital in the district of
Gowa (Guided by apt. Nurlina, S.Si., M.Si and Apt. Aztriana, S.-Farm., M.-Si).
As a result of the implementation of non-standard pharmaceutical services
are medication errors and inappropriate use of drugs, the purpose of this research
is to identify the Images of the application of the standard pharmacy services in the
Hospital Yapika district of Gowa Sulawesi South including the examination of
prescriptions, the provision of medication information, waiting time for prescription
services is in accordance with the standard regulations in Indonesia. Type of
research used This research method is non-experimental descriptive with a type of
prospective data collection that is based on direct observations of a forward-looking
nature. (forward looking). The number of samples of this study is 97 prescription
sheets that are installed in the pharmacy of the general hospital, then the
researchers make a checklist such as prescription examination, prescription
information and waiting time, where prescription evaluation covers administrative,
pharmaceutical and clinical aspects. Then researchers filled in a check list containing
questions about the implementation of the standard of pharmacy services, the
results of the research showed that the standards of pharmaceuticals services have
not been fully implemented well, for prescription studies aspects of administration
with a 100% pharmacological presentation of 97%, and the clinical 48%, while for
the prescription of drug information results were obtained with a presentation of 37%
and the waiting time has been satisfied with the presentation of 100%. The
conclusion that can be taken is that the examination of prescriptions and the
provision of drug information in the Yapika Hospital has not been carried out in
accordance with PMK No. 72 Year 2016. And for the waiting time has met the
requirements of PMK 129 Year 2008.
