Abstract

Menurut World
Health Organization (WHO), penyakit demam typhoid mencapai 11–20 juta kasus
per tahun pada tahun 2020. Ini menyebabkan sekitar 128.000–161.000 kematian
setiap tahun. Menurut Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia, angka kematian akibat demam
Setelah asuhan
keperawatan selama satu kali tiga puluh menit, suhu diatur lebih baik, tingkat nutrisi
meningkat, dan kenyamanan meningkat.
Kesimpulan : Setelah asuhan keperawatan diberikan, yang mencakup
pemeriksaan, diagnosis, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi, kondisi pasien
membaik.

Background: Typhoid fever is an acute infectious disease of the intestines with
symptoms of fever for one week or more accompanied by disturbances in the
digestive tract without disturbance of consciousness. Based on data from the World
Health Organization (WHO) in 2020, typhoid fever in the world reached 11-20
million cases per year, resulting in around 128,000-161,000 deaths each year. WHO
estimates that the death toll from typhoid fever reaches 600,000 and 70% occurs in
Asia. The current prevalence of typhoid fever in Indonesia for typhoid fever cases
is 55,098 people, with a death rate of 2.06% of the number of sufferers. So typhoid
fever has become the 10th biggest disease in Indonesia. The aim of this research is
to find out how effective hyperthermia management is in improving
thermoregulation in typoid fever patients in the emergency room at Syekh Yusuf
Gowa Hospital.
Results: in cases of typoid fever in An.Z, the diagnosis that emerged was
hyperthermia related to the disease process, nutritional deficits related to the
inability to swallow food, impaired comfort related to lack of
situational/environmental control. After providing nursing care for 1 x 30 minutes,
it was found that thermoregulation improved, level, nutritional status improved, and
comfort status increased.
Conclusion: after being given nursing care starting from assessment, diagnosis,
intervention, implementation and evaluation, the patient's condition improved.
